Today I saw a post with a youtube link on my Blinkfeed about the Reaper of souls, and thought to myself "this looks familiar, OMG it's an expansion pack trailer for Diablo!" I've been waiting on this for some time now because I beat Diablo 3 relatively fast (I got it close to when it came out) and to be honest there wasn't much to do other then grind. Now I'm incredibly happy to hear that there is finally an expansion.

Blizzard announced today that the Reaper of Souls expansion pack will include a new class the "Crusader" who appears to be a mid range heavy armored character. (Sounds like a new version of the paladin from D2) The expansion will also come with a new act, a level cap of 70(sweet)new endgame options and more loot!

The new villain Malthael the angel of death (Grim reaper?) is supposed to bigger and badder than Diablo himself, Blizzard is promising a darker game with this expansion. It looks like it could be pretty intense with the first scene in the video showing of Malthael absorbing souls, and capturing the black soulstone to absorb Diablo's and the Demon lord's powers.

The loot system will be overhauled with the expansion(Loot 2.0), basically the amount of loot overall that drops will be reduced, monsters will more likely drop loot catered to your class(smartdrop). That is good to hear seeing as there was always a crap load of useless loot to pick up in D3. The paragon system will also be getting some changes.

The only thing I don't know about the expansion at the moment is the release date. As soon as I do I will be counting down the time till I can do a video review for you guys on youtube!

Here are the two videos released today:

This weeks latest from the Rumour Mill

This weeks latest GS4 rumour(acutally last night) is from @evleaks,(a reliable gadget leaker on Twitter via +Engadget) who leaked a picture of +Samsung's infamous Galaxy S4(The picture above). It seem's the picture had been taken down last night. Hoever the second picture put up by @evleaks with the S4's specs is still up.(Picture below)

There are other rumours floating around saying that the GS4 will have eye recognition software that controls scrolling up and down, a crystal clear touch screen display, fast processor, high quality camera, and the latest version of Android and of course the specs shown in the picture above.

I believe that Samsung will have a great list of new features packed into a powerful brand new phone and I can't wait to get a hold of one for myself but; we won't know for sure what Sammy has packed for us until we check out the unveiling in New york next thursday.

Is this what the Galaxy S4 will look like?

Do you remember those Polaroid print and shoot cam's you used to run around with when you were younger?

Apparently Socialmatic wants to bring that fad back in the shape of one of your favourite(or not so favourite) social media apps. There aren't too many technical details known at the moment but this Polaroid branded variant of the Socialmatic Camera concept(that you see above) will have;

  • A 4.3-inch touchscreen
  • Bluetooth
  • Wifi
  • 16gb storage
  • Possibly Android
  • Interchangeable Lens

If you love Instagram you might want to grab one of these Cam's or Instacams(Not the actual name) to possibly upload photos right from one(And let everyone blatently know what you're doing). I do like the idea of having Android on your camera because of various photo editing and camera apps, and the ability to upload to social networks, but I don't know how comfortable i'd be taking photos with an Instacam in public...

Let's see if these Cameras become Novelties just like the old print and and shoots or actually take off and have people upload a million more photos to Instagram. Give me your opinion in the comment section below!

Anyone with an iPhone using Gmail can breathe a sigh of relief because of the new Mailbox App by Orchestra, Inc. Mailbox is currently the only mail client that can push Gmail notifications to your iPhone!

What's the catch?

Your going to have to hold tight for a bit because there is currently a wait list of 807,917 for people to begin using Mailbox. I got access to it last week because of reservations I made about a month ago. In the video above I give my impressions and a mini review/tutorial on the mail client that has people comparing it to the second coming of christ.
Features

  • Uses swipe gestures to organize email
  • Pushes gmail notifications to your iPhone
  • At the moment only gmail accounts are allowed
  • Can have up to 5 accounts linked to Mailbox
  • Using the set to later swipe, mailbox acts as a reminder/to do list
  • Threads are filtered to make email look like converstions

When emails come in they go to straight to the mailbox, and from there you can swipe to the desired folder. There are four swipe gestures in Mailbox; delete, set for later, archive, and the option to make lists. I've gotten used to the motions in the last week because of how fluid the gestures are. To delete all I had to do was swipe all the way to the right until I saw a red highlight with an X.(I think I might of had a bit of a trigger finger when it came to swiping to delete mails.) to archive I just had to partially swipe to the right till I saw a green highlight with a check mark.
Swiping left partially(highlights yellow) will bring you to the set for later options where you can choose for tommorrow, next week, or even specific dates(Giving you a built in task/to do list) When I did a full swipe to the left(Beige highlight) I could throw emails into 3 preset lists; to buy, to read, and to watch. Another feature I liked is the fact that when in a conversation with someone the emails filter out the threads so it looks like a conversation.
Overall I'm impressed with Mailbox because of it's sleek and minamalistic design and intuitive interface.

In my latest Unboxing I'm showing off the Thinshell from Poetic. I ordered this case 2 weeks ago and it's finally arrived. For the last month or so i have been looking for a case for my iPad mini. I checked out the cool Moshi case, the Clamcase(which hasn't come out yet but i do plan on grabbing one.), multiple cases from Targus and other companies. There was only one problem i had which was that I already have a smart cover case and none of these case could work in conjunction with it...
Until i came arcross Poetic, who makes cases specifically to work with the smart cover!

It's a sleek case with a sturdy build that give me both the comfort and design specs i had been waiting for. You can grab one of the bad boy on Poetics site or Amazon for $14.95 or less, and they come in multiple colors(I grabbed Black). Check out my unboxing to get a feel for the case.
